You want to work with us?
Don’t hesitate to contact us, these are the things we do:
- we work together with our customers
- we develop web based applications and complex web sites
- we deploy code and support live deployments of applications written by us
- we audit, estimate rebuilds of, rewrite, hack stuff written by others
- we support customers in installing their own development and support environment
- we document and test our code
- we co-operate with colleagues
- we help with setting up large web farms and database server setups
- if desired, we help you setting up with the right people if we don’t have the right skills ourselves. Read on for the things we *don’t* do.
These are the things we don’t do ourselves:
- Graphical design. We have our preferred partners, but we don’t do this ourselves.
- Typical 6- to 12 page CMS-only websites.
- Sales & marketing deviations/meetings/contacts. We are able to think along, but we are not your marketing department. We are able to advise you on do’s and dont’s, but we are not your inhouse online community managers. We can set you up with the right people, no problem, but don’t trust us for your online identity management since we’re just not …. well …. good at it.
- End-user support. We typically avoid picking up phones for people that tell us their ‘Internet is broken’. If possible. We love supporting our customers and all of them know what they are doing. We like to keep it like that. We are not a call center service promising to solve all your internal communication woes and hopefully we never will be. We can arrange for that kind of support, however, and we are open to work with your support department, but we also tend to stick with what we are actually good at: the technical part. Third, Fourth, Fifth line of support, that’s were we come in.
Does all that sound a bit picky? Well, possibly. But at least, we are honest.
